SAN ANDRES ISLAND VS MARGARITA ISLAND

San Andres Island (Colombia)

San Andres Island is the largest of the islands that are part of San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina with an area of 26 square kilometers, belongs to Colombia since 1810.

The house is located in the Caribbean Sea, east of Nicaragua, Costa Rica northeast and 480 kilometers northwest of the coast of Colombia. Has 26 square kilometers of area making it the largest island in the department. Margarita Island (Venezuela)

Margarita Island is located in the Caribbean Sea. Along with the islands of Coche and Cubagua, is the only island state of Venezuela, called "Nueva Esparta."

It is the largest of the Venezuelan Caribbean islands, is located between latitudes 10 ° 52 'and 11 ° 11' N and longitudes 63 ° 47 'and 64 ° 24' 0. It has 1071 square kilometers and is characterized by the presence of two mountain ranges together by an isthmus highlighted very low, a lagoon and a simple beachfront.
